Terms and conditions

The online shop is not yet open. These terms apply from the moment you can order via etiartini.com.

Article 1 — Identity of the seller

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms apply to every offer by Etiartini and every distance contract between Etiartini and a consumer via etiartini.com. For purchases via Amazon, bol or other platforms, the terms of that platform apply.

Article 3 — The offer

1. The offer contains a full and accurate description of the products, including composition and country of origin.
2. Images are a truthful representation. Handmade products and natural materials may vary slightly in colour, size and motif; this is not a defect.
3. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Etiartini.

Article 4 — The agreement

1. The agreement is concluded when you accept the offer and meet the conditions set.
2. Etiartini confirms receipt of your order immediately by email.

Article 5 — Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly stated before you complete your order.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. [PAYMENT PROVIDER]

Article 7 — Delivery

1. Etiartini delivers as quickly as possible, within 30 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
2. The risk of damage or loss lies with Etiartini until the moment of delivery to you.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

1. You may cancel an agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product (or, for multiple shipments, the last product).
2. During this period, handle the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. Notify Etiartini of the withdrawal using the model form or another unambiguous statement, and return the product within 14 days thereafter.
4. The costs of return shipping are [borne by you / borne by Etiartini].
5. Etiartini refunds all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notification, using the same payment method. Etiartini may wait until the product has been received or you have demonstrated that you have returned it.
6. If you are responsible for a decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product, Etiartini may deduct that amount.

Article 9 — Conformity and warranty

Etiartini guarantees that the products conform to the agreement and to reasonable expectations. Your statutory rights (conformity) remain fully in force.

Article 10 — Complaints

1. Report complaints as soon as possible, with a full and clear description, to [[email protected]].
2. Etiartini responds within 14 days.
3. If you cannot reach agreement with us, you may submit the dispute to the competent court. [If affiliated with a dispute resolution body (e.g. Geschillencommissie/Thuiswinkel), state this here.]

Article 11 — Applicable law

These terms and agreements are governed by Dutch law. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you reside.
